Refunds and Scheduling

Refund Policy: All sales are final.

We are unable to offer refunds on purchases made. If you would like to switch to a different service that is offered, a credit will be given and any extra charges will be invoiced before design work will begin.

If circumstances arise where you no longer need the service that was purchased, we will work with you to come to a fair resolution.

Scheduling: Expected timelines listed on the website are estimated and may change at any time. We will do our best to keep them up to date.

You will be contacted to send your design measurements and other information by email. Failure to do so will result in delays to your project being completed. If you do not reply or send in the necessary requirements for your project, we will not be able to design it. We will try to contact you at the email address provided three (3) times, after which, you will forfeit your purchase, and a refund will not be given. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
