Space Plan by Square Footage

Space plan by square footage is meant for a plan that you currently have for new construction or a large remodel project of your current home, it is not drawing a new plan from scratch. Once I have received your layout, I will review the areas that you are not currently happy with and make suggestions as to how the layout can be improved to work better for you. Those areas will be redrawn, and you are then able to take the plans back to your builder or architect to implement these changes.

    • Communication by email to discuss what you would like to see changed on your current plans.

    • Updated plan sent by email with elevations of walls when needed.

    • Cabinet layouts redesigned when needed.

    • Pricing is based on square footage.

  • There is currently an estimated 4-week turnaround once the required information is received from the client.

    • You will need to send a copy of your plans or existing layout with dimensions marked.

    • Email communication will happen after your purchase to discuss what you would like to see changed on your current plans.

    • Updated plans will be delivered via email in a PDF format with any changes made listed.
